Black Panther Superhero film smashed the box office with its novel and futurist cutting edge designs for African cities. Afrimaglev intends to privately finance a full-size demonstration line using Tublar Rail Inc. technology to support a fact-based proof of concept on the merits of the system. O ring technology could represent a huge savings in comparison to traditional rail. According to Robert Pulliam, he claims "if an individual column cost $400,000 installed the system would work out to $20,000,000.00 million a mile versus Metro cost of $83,000,000 per mile for the next phase of light rail."

Mr. Pulliam represented that "The 83 million cost for Metro are only for construction as stated in the contract, rolling stocks, land acquisition and interest will drive the total cost to about $150 million a mile". Today, with the advent of 3D printing the costs savings can drastically be reduced as well as the time that it take to print a column to support Tublar Rail Inc. technology. Tublar Rail technology would have guidance rails, and would maintain constant contact with the electric motors on at least three rings at all time, to reach speeds of up to 150 mph.
